Food & Beverage Manager The F&B Manager provides all members and guests with the highest levels of service. Coordinates, supervises, and directs all property food and beverage operations while maintaining a profitable Food and Beverage department and high quality of products and service levels.

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree (4 year) HBO with major in Hotel Management/Hospitality, Extensive experience
  • Is friendly, courteous, attentive, and helpful to all members, guests, and fellow employees
  • Maintains standards of food and beverage quality and guest service quality as established by company.
  • Achieves budgeted revenues, controls expenses, and maximizes profitability within all areas of the food and beverage department.
  • Creates, organizes, and implements new menu concepts from conception to completion including menu design. And coordinate all Banquets +Events Functions and menus.
  • Regularly reviews and evaluates the degree of customer acceptance and recommends to management new operating and marketing policies whenever declining or constant sales imply dissatisfaction by the customers.
  • Maintains a high level of quality, cleanliness and service throughout the operation.
  • Develops, implements, and maintains food and beverage marketing programs for the property.
  • Maintains procedures for security of cash, credit and financial transactions and inventory control.
  • Manages schedules for entire department including Staff /Supervisors
  • Must have flexible hours and be present at the hotel for important events, inventory days, and management meetings conduct departmental meetings to encourage communication.
  • Must adhere to and promote the Employee Handbook Staff guidelines with a key focus on scheduling, holiday schedules, employee benefits, and staff entitlements.
  • Must work closely with the Banquet Reservations manager to carry out meetings and events as per their contract.
  • Must work with our management trainees on their development while on a work program here at the hotel.
